By 2025, we'll be installing water meters for the majority of customers in our supply area that don't already have one. Water meters are the fairest way to pay, as your bill is based on the amount of water you use.

You can still apply to have one fitted sooner if you want.  There is a high demand for water meters at the moment. We're working hard to install them within three months, but it might takes us a bit longer. If you're not sure if you have a meter, you can check by looking at your bill.

You can apply for a water meter here. We'll contact you within 14 days of receiving your application to arrange a survey at your home. This is to check the best place to fit your meter. You can also email metering@seswater.co.uk or call 01737 919485.
